The inter-mold^® technology allows the creation of hook fields in plastic parts simultaneously during a standard injection molding cycle (one-shot). Mould inserts specially designed by APLIX to create the desired hook area are mounted in the mould. inter-mold^® eliminates the use of adhesives and is environmentally friendly. Moreover, the design of you products is significantly improved.

The patented inter-mold^® technology can be implemented in one of three ways:

• Under a licence (plus insert fee)
• As finished products custom moulded by APLIX
• Purchased from standard parts in our fasteners’ line
