Hook design

Four hook designs have been developed and their use is based on the application and nature of the woven, non-woven or knitted loop materials used for engagement.
The choice of the hook design is based on the following parameters :

  • required peel and shear strength
  • cycle life
  • closure thickness
  • structure and durability of loops materials
